I bought a Eureka Forbes Water Filter a few years back. In good faith I made the payment by my Credit Card before installation. The smiling salesman vanished and it took me three months to get it installed. It was a nightmare. Later it was never serviced as promised in the sales-talk. For every minor service or repair the normal inputs were atleast 50 telephone calls and one to three months waiting. Eureka Forbes operates more like a chain scheme offering heavy commission to door-to-door sellers with a very high number of such salesmen. They neither have nor intend to have a good after-sales infrastructure. Complaints fell on deaf ’’franchised’’ ears. Nobody is responsible for anything. Do not buy any of their products.
