Based on the recommendation from Eureka Forbes service person, I have opted for 2 years AMC. First year they had replaced new membranes, but second year of 2 year AMC period, service person has replaced the membrane with the one already used and expired in some other customer location. Due to this trick, water purifier stopped working in a short time. When I confronted the service person, he agreed this malpractice and says "Customer need not be aware of what kind of membrane he installs"
I request people not to buy Aqua guard water purifies, too many number of filters which has to replace after five to six moths. Only thing the service people do well is force you to take AMC. They even close our customer care complaints without even attending the issue.
Even after 11 days of complaining, I am yet to see a company service man. Even customer care employees feeling embarrassed on the kind of irresponsibility from Eureka Forbes.
