Poor aquaguard reviva

I am frequently facing the problems that my water purifier is not filling his water tank . I had made complaints regarding this and service peoples attend the complaints many times at that time it is ok but again we are facing the same problems. They are not sending the exact person who can find and rectify the mistakes, this is the 5th time I am facing it
