I bought a Eureka forbes canister Vaccume cleaner only to know that the product was absoultely useless, the product quality was very cheap, the parts were fragile, the motor was very susceptible to even minor fluctuation. When contacted the customer care they were reckless in their response with more than one month and still on, with ZERO RESPONSE still from their side. The company is only good to make false promises about their products and after sales services which actually is a conning stunt. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP. would never suggest any EUREKA FORBES product to anyone. totally unsatisfied with their products and services.
