I bought Robo Vac Nuo 1 year & 2 months back and its Antidrop sensor became faulty. Tried many ways to contact service personals but very difficult to reach them by phone. Finally I got one person but he didn’t take much interest to replace the faulty parts even I was ready to pay ₹6, 000/- for rectification. So the product is laying idle in my house.
