We recently purchased the LVAC VOICE PRO Vacuum Cleaner from your company during a promotional event held in our residential society. While the product was delivered slightly later than the expected date, our primary concern lies with the post-delivery service.
At the time of purchase, we were assured that an in-person demonstration would be provided once the product was delivered. However, upon contacting your customer service to schedule the demo, we were unexpectedly informed that only a virtual demonstration would be offered.
This change in commitment is disappointing and feels like a breach of trust. We believe that honoring the original promise of an in-person demo is essential to maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.
