I purchased one year back. It is useless machine. Whenever it is used it is entangled with hair. Needs frequent servicing. Each servicing costs ₹800. After 5 months operation its front 3 legged broken. When it was informed Eureka Forbes, they never bothered to set right. Now it is a show piece. Spent ₹30000 for buying it. So never buy any product from Eureka as it is not worth for money. The machine quality is poor quality.
