I bought a Eureka robot just two months ago, and now the charger has stopped working, so the robot isnt functioning.
When I contacted customer care, they said my phone number is not registered.
Then I asked the person I bought it from he started telling me long stories.
He said I need to upload my bill, only then the warranty claim will work.
But I dont know how to reach the proper local area manager or even inform customer care properly.
Ive been struggling for 10 days now.
Finally, I uploaded the bill through Eurekas WhatsApp chat, and now a service person has been assigned.
But I have no idea what kind of story hes going to come up with.
I never imagined Eurekas after-sales service would be this poor.
To top it off, if someone places an order now, they say it will take 2 weeks to deliver.
At this point, I just feel like giving a final word to Eureka: Never again!
