This is about Eureka forbes aquaguard Magna. I purchased for 16K, they were asking me to pay 17.5 K but I negotiated it to 16K.
Sales person told me that they will install it in 2 days, but thats not true they will take more than a week to install it. You have to call them again and again and they will come up with weird excuses.
At the time of demo they will told you, it will cost around 1500 for the change of filter. However it cost around 4500.
its not me who faced the problem, lot of people have faced this. these are not the right tactics to do the business.
When this complain get publish, someone from eureka forbes will come and write the apology comment, but this will not solve my issue.
