Product malfunction and Poor service

We bought an Aquashure RO Spring Fresh Water purifier on 31.01.2011.


We lodged a complaint of the product not working on 8th July. Request Number: 85224093. As it should be apparent that it is almost a month old complaint.


A technician visited our office in the first few days. We got a feedback that some parts need replacement. Nobody visited in next three weeks.


I spoke to customer care a few times. We then had a technician visit 1st and 2nd August 2011.However, the product is still not working. It is over flowing, and the technician didn’t even assemble the casing fully.


This kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE. The customer care executives are also very unhelpful and inefficient. Almost 4 weeks and the water purifier is still not working. 10 people in my office need to drink water every day. Extremely poor service and unreliable product. Please be careful while buying their products. The company has obviously changed over the years. It is no more a reliable brand.
