I saw this product( Eureka Forbes Super Clean Vaccum cleaner)
So I bought it because the store boy showed me the features and I thought it must be good as they show.
But there was little confusion in my mind and I didn’t notice the power of this machine.
I bought this just for 3200 INR with all GST n blah blah but money is money. We do hard work to get money, and if we spent on a bad product then it. Burns our blood.
After I reached my home I tried this vacuum cleaner, I switched on this and waited for 15 mins. But it didn’t work, dust was as it is on the floor and it is just making sound and getting heated up.
This vacuum cleaner doesn’t work.
I have read all user manuals, CDs they gave and many other sources but this vacuum cleaner doesn’t have the power to clean your home.
Ya, it can just suck hairs from the floor, and it will take 3 mins for that.
User-friendly- it is not at all user-friendly, its pathetic machine. I can’t stand 20 mins like a statue to clean my room. Service is not good. It gets heated very easily without any work.
Durability- it’s not good for this section. If you use it for 10 mins. It will be heated up like a grilling machine. It doesn’t even clean anything.
Style & design- style and design is ok, it is portable too. But we can use it just like a Toy not more than that. It’s not worthy to do cleaning work.
Service & support- this product is just for 3200 around from local market. Now if I go to customer support and all. Then all the way long I have to spend 1000 to reach and come back. Then other expenses. I don’t think anybody will spend 2000 for this product.
So I suggest instead of buying this compact, handy not working vacuum cleaner. You better buy a Big Vaccum cleaner and when you check a Vaccum Cleaner at the store. Buy that same vacuum cleaner because store boys are very clever to fool with the products.
