Forbes Services Sucks

I was searching for Good Vacuum Cleaner during the Diwali period and coincidentally while I was at Gurgaon Central Mall, I have seen this product on the shelf. On the request of Wife, I bought this product from Gurgaon Central and after that my bad period started. Here are the list of bad things which happened with me.




  1. Gurgaon Central was showing 2 years warranty on this product and when I bought the product and about to fill the warranty, I was shocked that Product has only one year warranty. I took photo of offer immediately and asked Sales guy. But he doesn’t have any answer.




  2. I have asked for the Demo of the product and he told me that Company will provide the demo at your home. I consider this fact, because whatever Product I purchased earlier, I got demo at home only.




  3. On Next Day ( 31-Oct-2010),  I register one complaint with Eureka Forbes that  I am unable to start the Cleaner  and CCE ensured me that complaint will be close within 24 hrs. But with my utter surprise till date no one responded yet. ( 11-11-2010). I don’t know how they are calculating 24 hrs.




  4. I again book my request for Product Demo at my home ( It is normally given by every company) with Online Request with specific time slot ( this was mandatory). But I did not receive any call.till given time slot. I recvd one call in the late evening with the msg that Company is not providing any demo to their customer. ( What the hell is this, then why company is selling their product with useless Manual).






It is already 14 days passed and I am keeping this product as a show piece at my home.


I beware to all people that should not buy any product of Eureka ( Definitely it is Eureka , if you are able to get the service.) Forges ( Sorry It is forbes but the way they are behaving it sounds more Forges).
