The vacuum cleaner as such is a good product, worked well. recently the speed control switch got broken, the technician visited over a month ago, and till date has not come with the replacement part.
I have raised multiple complaints after that, even high priority ones, there is absolutely no response. the spares are not available anywhere so the vacuum cleaner is useless now.
Buy this vacuum cleaner only if you can take care of the device carefully such that you dont end up with any broken parts.
