I purchased Trendy Nano in June 2012 & used it for not more than 10 mins . By Oct 12, when I switched it on a second time to dust cupboards, the motor started giving out sparks & smelt of something burning. Immediately switching it off, called customer service & was promised a 24 hr service at door step.After waiting for over a week on my second call, I was told they do not support Nano machine, hence directed ny to a third party service provider, Sab Services, Blr. While reporting the problem, I was told that someone would visit my place & look into it, and the machine itself was not suitable to be run for more than half hour with the motor capacity.Looks like Eureka Forebes is trying to fleece peolple smoney with false promises of attractive features & funtionalty. This is now a junk at home, just an expensive toy for kids to play with.I do not reccomend this to anyone at all. EUREKA TEAM: WAKE UP & DELIVER DECENT SERVICE, ELSE YOU SHALL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SHORTLY.
