I have bought Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner from TMC, Hyderabad 2 years back.
I have bought it as I have dust allergy and when using broom the dust get lifted up.
It’s a good product as it is provided with necessary attachments for almost all cleaning needs, like it has come with 2 extension pipes, floor cleaner brush, angle pipe, etc.
But the power cable is getting wind up from day one automatically without pressing wind button.
I have called to their Customer care centre thrice. They say that their service men will attend in next 2 days. But no one turned up till now.
Also, the dust bag provided is made of cloth. I asked the shop keeper whether we can use disposable dust bags and he said no as disposable bags wont fit the groove provided.
Cleaning of this dust bags is a real head ache. opening dust bag again lifts dust.
So, I recommend a Vacuum cleaner with disposable dust bags. Any comments by some one who are using Vacuum Cleaner with such disposable dust bags are welcome
Also, I believe/realised from my experience that when u buy any such product, better buy it from marketing representatives rather than from stores as we will have some one to call/demand for service other than customer care centre.
