This is undoubtedly the worst vacuum cleaner in the world as of today. It does not suck dirt or dust, only hard-earned money. My wall to wall carpeting looks no different after its been vacuumed using this plastic crap. Pieces of it started falling off within six months of purchase. its unique retractable power cord is retractable all the time - even when I try to vacuum! The dust bag is a horror to clean - mine fills up very rarely , since the machine doesn’t actually do anything. I would request every potential customer of Eureka Forbes to steer clear of this moneysucker and buy a traditional broom or yet just watch the dust pile up and do nothing - at least you get some rest!
