Before you get the vaccum cleaner they are ready to give you demo for 1000 times.but once you get the product you are no one to them.i got the product from viveks they said you will get demo.once i call eureka they say we wont come for demo, cd will be available with the box.i searched using fbi and still couldn’t find.when i called them back and said they gave a mobile no.
And said this guy will help you.when i called up that guy named kamesh he said go ask from where you purchased.wow what a customer friendly ppl.i went to viveks i said them they said there will be no cd in the product.so the point is eureka forbes ppl are not trained well or they are illiterate that they don’t know what will be there in their own product.finally those shopkeepers gave another mobile contact this guy named rijesh he will help you.how many calls how many ppls.
Finally nothing eureka forbes sucks like their vaccum cleaner.useless product and service dont buy guys.
