We received a sales demo call and they made a successful sales within two days. It was weekend yet we had couple of visit from sales team with different product. That’s the effort they made to "fool the customer".
I received a used product of the vaccum cleaner. I immediately sent pictures of the dust bag and the cleaning brushes which has hair and dust.
Now it’s almost 2 week since I raised the request for replacement and all I get is the replacement team excuse that we have not received details from sales team and sales team saying"we’ll send someone asap".
All I have to say " don’t be fooled by their false commitment" . Very bad experience
