Earlier also I wrote a complaint about the same product and same company. again I gone through the same mental agony. I have purchase Door security system model name V.D.P+Monitor+Lock. I call at call centre of Eueka Forbes for renewal of my AMC also but no proper response has come.I register a complaint almost on daily basis on the phone No. 30580838 but not get any satisfactorily response from them. Product purchased in the name of Mr. Vishwas Tripathi and my concern phone no. 42424734 & 9873379134.
My Complainant No. is 261 but no action has been taken yet. It is my humble request to MS Please help me about. It is hard to believe about that a pathetic service is given by such a big and prestigious company like Eureka Forbes.
