Had purchased Robot Vac n Mop NUO in Mar’23. Found that mopping is not working in the 2nd usage in itself. Logged a service request. It’s been 5 Months and no resolution yet.
1) Any Service requests are not attended. Communication happens only when repeated follow up thru phone, Facebook or Twitter post. Communication is standard BOT response.
2) Service requests are closed or cancelled without permission but they mention that SR cancelled as per customer request.
3) The technician are not competent to handle ROBOT Vaccum. Technicians are purely water filter guys. They come, watch and go, never to return.
4) E-mail communication to CEO is handled by some call centre kind of staff. The response seems to be generated using CHATGPT or similar as same email but with different sign is sent in response to my communication.
5) Every 99 out of 100 reviews i see on FB, LINKEDIN, TWITTER etc have mentioned about pathetic Customer service.
6) Standard BOT response to any posts on social media. Seems they lack skilled manpower.
I would NOT recommend any product from Eureka Forbes.
