Consider Euro Packers & Movers only if you are ready to go through trauma, sleepless nights, N number of follow-ups resulting nothing but more agony. 2 years back I decided to move my household stuffs from Bangalore to Kolkata. It was an unfortunate decision that we decided on Euro Packers & Movers. Everything went well until fair amount days were over and we have not received our consignment(household stuffs) in Kolkata. We thought our household stuffs in good hand. wait.It was promised to deliver within a week of shipment but it took 23 days. A week gone and our follow up saga started. First, they said it will reach by 2 days, Sometime they said they are unable to locate driver who supposed to call and let them know about location, then carrier breakdown and they are trying to repair.
Then we had to listen to all sorts of lies, had to reach so many people including the owner(as they said) who even said no point reaching to cops, "apka saaman mil jayega, thoda din time lage ga. Kya police ka janjhat mein jayenye ga, kuch nahi hoga, Humlog to jhut bolte hi hai, Humara kaam hai, nahi to business kaise chalega", well I understood that no point discussing more and best is to wait.
In-between it was Durgapuja festival so somehow days passed by. We finally received our household stuffs on 25th day. Top lid of washing machine was broken, refrigerator had bruise marks. When I contacted the person in Bangalore and informed him he said "ek kaam karo saab, ap insurance claim kor do puri samaan ka, bol do ki sob tut gaya hai, aur apko bhi pura paisa mil jayega aur usmein se 10% mujhe de dejiyega". I decided it’s better that I should feel lucky that I received my stuffs so I said I don’t need his advice and thanked him. Finally, when we cross checked we found 1 box is missing which had 1 hair dryer, 1 Iron box and 1 of my High End graphic acceleration card.
