Eureka forbes: disgusting customer service

Disgusting Customer Service!


I have been a customer of Eureka Forbes for years and it was a very good experience I had in the past which made me bring in some repeat business for you, but this turned out to be nightmare for me.


I bought a high pressure washer and a vacuum cleaner. In less than 2 months of buying the washer stopped working and I have been calling the customer service center at Ranchi for over 2 weeks and they are yet to pay a visit to even have a look at it. Surprisingly you claim to resolve problems in 24 hours when you sell product.


About the vacuum cleaner, I wanted a new dust collecting bag and its more than 2 months that they are still ordering it. Why do you make a product when you do not have sufficient spares in your inventory to support the needs of the customer?


Forget about the inferior quality product that you have given me(I do not expect a good quality product to start giving problems in 2 month), what I am questioning about is the kind of service? Do you think 2 weeks is less for you to acknowledge a problem and respond?


Please understand that you are in the consumer industry and here complacency can kill the best company as well. Paying no heed to the customer, just shows how arrogant and and disrespectful you are towards your consumers.


Looking at the past experience it is unfortunate but true that I am really ashamed that I selected Eureka Forbes as a service provider.
