If a person wants to join this company initially only they make sure he writes a bond for 2-5 years so that he cannot leave or apply for resignation in between. Management has made huge money by not paying the employees. No growth in career. They will make sure you don’t grow. Their compensation is worst. They don’t explain all the policies before joining. They don’t give you any leave. They will cut the pay for the same for 1st year. On notice period, they hold the salary & disburse only after 4 months. Also they will ask you to leave the company & then will deduct the salary claiming you didn’t serve the notice period. Everyone at higher management is corrupted & will frequently ask for money while giving you promotion or abuse you.
