I am from Bangalore.I bought an EUROVIGIL Home security system paying almost Rs.80000/- on 22/11/16.I also took an 2 years AMC after paying Rs.75000/- ion 23/01/18.The system went off on 9th April 2019 and I made a complaint to their number available(1860 266 1777/80676589000 with me.My complaint number was confirmed by SMS as 2011918724 dtd 10/04/19. After waiting for their response for 3 days, I contacted them again and I was promised it will be attended within 24 hours.This is going on for the past 2 weeks.Even yesterday, I contacted them four times with the same reply.Since it is a call centre number, I asked them to give me at least the number of their service in charge or area manager which they refused to give.As a customer I do not know what to do.I could not leave my house since there is no security system for the last two weeks.This is a typical example as to how a home security provider can be so irresponsible.My suggestion to potential customers is that never buy these Eurovigil or Euroforbes items.
