I was very excited to see Evok opened in Faridabad city. Looking at the Store gives you confidence of placing the order. Everything changes once you place the order. Telling you friends I was their first ever customer of their venture in India and thought would get best service and better attention. It turned in a nightmare after placing the order.
The company will renegotiate with you after one month of placing the order and now since there is no escape, you are taken for ride.
100% amount is taken in advance and you don’t see the equipement of their service person for days.
The service persons are inexperienced. You won’t believe the contractor doesn’t even know how to fix the tiles. Even after ruining the fitting they don’t replace it completely and just do disaster recovery.
Evok would commit that everything would be done in their supervision but remember they just say that. Please have no expectations is this regard.
I had placed order on 15th June 2008 and it has been first week of September that some jobs are still pending. 6. Its a nightmare as you don’t know what would be ruined next day, who would do the job and how they would screw your money. But remember never give a call to the Service Engineering department or Store Head if you see things being ruined by contractor labour at your premsis. else you would remember that conversation for life:) If you need my help before deciding, I can send you the photographs of their work art.
