Very bad!
Ordered an entertainment unit from here and did not get delivery even after 15 days of promised date. Customer care is polite but not effective at all. They don’t reply to emails and keep making false promises to get rid of you. No escalation channel defined anywhere. They will tell you that they are gonna call you back with in certain time and it will never happen.
Once delivery was made, follow ups started for assembling of unit. Same story of false promises, no calls with in promised time frame started. It confirms that this is how this company works and delivery saga was not just an accident.
Highly disappointed and not recommended at all.
