I was looking for a cot , and just thought of visiting EVOK by (hindware)
By seeing the brand name and the ambiance of the stores I ordered two cots from them. First they said they will deliver on 8’th. After calling them up for many times they said will deliver on 11’th. and the only reason they give is always the server is down. and they are unable to check and after its been rectified they would call back which never happened.finally got delivered this week. but again after calling them to come and assemble again reasons.. will send tomorrow.
No idea will it be done or not? after reading all the reviews now I am feeling I did a blunder by choosing EVOK and that too I have made full payment through my card. Do not know if the product is okay or not also. As I am seeing the reviews, the products are not good and damaged. I am fed up of their service. I would definitely do not recommend this store anymore to anyone.
Bad thing is I happened to read the review after I bought from them.
