We are doing our Kitchen and bedroom wardrobes from these people. Everybody at the store were nice to talk to and the designers were very obliging and accomodative. They promised us that the installation at home will take 3 days for Kitchen and 4 to 5 days for rooms.
However, it has been a month now since they started installation and none of them is completed. My Kitchen is closed for cooking for more than 3 weeks now and I’ve a 2 yr old kid. You can imagine my situation. The sub-contractor for the wardrobes, did not even come here once to see why things are getting delayed.
We’ve spoken to managers so many times about the situation and still not even once has anybody come home to analyze the situation. We are really frustrated. They’ve given many dates for completion which they’ve not met. Finally they promised to complete it today but no carpenter has come to work today.
