After selling me a defective piece these people are refusing to fix it, and just keep asking me to call a host of different people. Nobody has a solution. Its been months and Im super pissed.
The store manager, Mr. Dhananjay, has washed his hands off the case. Then, a Mr. Sai(9880169986) called me and said he will connect me to his manager, which never happened. On calling him today, I am told that I should be talking to the store manager. After several months of just waiting for a resolution, I am back to square one! And when I told Mr. Smartypants Sai that the manager is not being of any help, he tells me that there is nothing he can do! Isnt that absolutely amazing?
And then he hung up on me! Bravo, Sai. Bravo. Great way to deal with customers. If you dont know how to reply to their queries, just hang up and run away from the situation. Its so poetic, the way these guys behave. Makes me want to get up from my chair and give them a round of applause. A slow clap, if you will.
Didnt expect that from a brand as "trusted" as Evok, but I guess theyre all here to just con us. Their products are low quality and service staff is even worse. They have no respect for deadlines or the customers time. They dont honor their commitments.
I wish I could give them something less than a single star, but since thats the least, I dont have a choice.
I regret shopping from them. Hope they get shut down. Forever.
