Just wanted to let you know the cheating which was done by EVOK Bellendur branch. I bought Hanoi L shaped fabric sofa on Dec 3rd from EVOK Bellendur, Bangalore. As the sofa was not in stock they asked me if I am interested in the showroom piece. I inspected and it was fine to purchase.
The sofa was delivered in a week’s time but to my surprise the two piece of the sofa(color) do not match. I immediately called the showroom and they said let the service guy come he will inspect and confirm if the color is different.
The service guy who came for installation also accepted the same and asked me to give the comment in his job sheet. I gave the feedback, he took photographs and he said he will get back. Nothing happened for couple of days so I raised a complain by calling the customer care. I was assigned the Complain number.
It has been a month there is no response from either the Store/service .
I have visited the showroom and Sales Mgr Mr Santhosh says that it is the same piece which is there in showroom. I had inspected the sofa myself there was no difference in color which is very obvious in the showroom. I clearly remember Mr. Santhosh telling me that we have couple of defective piece in Warehouse which we cannot sell it to you so take the showroom piece. The reason for delivering the sofa took so long makes me feel that I was sold / delivered the 2 defective sofa by mix and match. The number of calls to showroom / call center has not resolved the issue. I feel cheated of 60k by them. There is no honesty in their dealings.
I would request the potential buyers not to waste your hard earned money on the bunch of cheater. You will loose your money and peace of mind.
