I ordered a Bunk bed by looking at the Photos and I received an e-mail with payment confirmation. After that no response regarding the order status and none of the customer care numbers are working. I got couple of e-mail IDs from the whatsapp chat in the website but no response at all from any of them. First, I thought it may be phishing site and I lost money but by checking online it seems it is by Hindware but still not sure what happened with my order. Planning to drop a complaint with Cyber crime police.
