Dear Friends, I bought Hanoi L shaped fabric sofa on Dec 3rd from EVOK Bellendur, Bangalore. As the sofa was not in stock they sold me the showroom piece which I inspected and it was fine to purchase.
The sofa was delivered in a week’s time but to my surprise the two piece of the sofa colour do not match. The service guy who came to assemble also accepted the same and I gave same feedback.
I was asked to raise a complain which I did by calling the customer care. It has been a month there is no response. I have visited the showroom and Sales Mgr Mr Santhosh says its the same piece which is there in showroom.
As I had inspected the sofa myself there was no difference in colour which is very obvious now. I feel cheated of 50k by them.
I request to think 100 times before dealing with these cheats.
