Exhalt is a fake and bogus placement agency. Their modus operandi is to trap job seekers by promising confirmed job placements in 3 months for fresher and 6 months for experienced guys and refund the registration charges if they fail to place you in this duration. I somehow got lured by their false promise and ended up paying some registration charges. They send you a five page agreement letter which talks about their service and refund policy which looked fine to me. However once I paid the registration charges, no one from Exhalt bothered to call me and update about the progress. They did send me some intermittent mails once in a while about my profile shortlisted in companies like TCS, Wipro etc but the interview was never scheduled. After six months when I asked for refund they started avoiding me. Please be aware and don’t get fooled like me. There are well known India job boards on internet which are genuine and my advise would be to use them instead of agencies like Exhalt!
