Actually in the start I was in two minds whether I should register or not because I thought with my experience I can find the job myself, but the fact is we working people don’t get enough time to browse or search the openings because of which the interview opportunities we face are very less. But here exactly they worked for me they did the hunting on behalf of me as per my requirements of location and profile. Such a generous concept of job seekers outsourcing their work to the job agent. But many people might have misunderstood it, Exalt is not like other galli-side consultancies which are charging 200rs and forgetting the job seeker after registration( even job seeker forgets after registration since the amount is small).
It is very professional consultancy with well settled departments to handle the different tasks they hold a blueprint of a new era of the job agents. Being a management professional I must appreciate their concept. But I also have few suggestions for them

Please introduce some crm system to reach each of your registered candidate easily, also let your customers get in touch with you through your own authorized online platform so that their queries can be resolved immediately.
