Please read my review carefully, though you have helped several people getting job opportunities including me, I am writing my opinion about your customer service.
First of all thanks for helping me to get job in IT security sector. I have faced some inconvenience. While on the way to attend the interview on 3rd may I called your customer care number around 9.30 am but no one picked, that day I forgot to carry my salary statements(as mentioned in your interview mail) for the interview I wanted to confirm that whether I can go without the documents or not. Anyway I went and attended but again next time I went to the company and submitted
Please make sure your support line is operating other than working hours also, Please make your support 24*7 Most of the Interviews get schedule on Weekends.
