I had registered here and was asked to pay 5035.00 which they said would be refunded in case they are unable to get me job or I get job myself. After registration they paid no interest and were not able to give any interviews so when finally I had to get job on my own means. When I got job I applied for refund. Instead of refunding amount within 15 days(as is mentioned in their terms and condition which they ask to sign) no money was refunded for next 3 months. After chasing these people repeatedly through calls and mails, they finally refunded just Rs 800 out of whole amount paid. Also the customer care people were rude on calls . They have no fair way of estimating the efforts of candidate who applies for refund . Even the interviews were not re scheduled for me( in such case they ask you to mail updates@exalt). Once you pay the money they just send some mails to show that they are working but you don’t actually get any calls. People should come forward and do register case against them in consumer court
