Really, they keep their words. For me it was very difficult to change my profile after working in bpo for 2 years I thought that now I have to continue with the same since I was not getting the interview calls for embedded domain which is my passion. I was ready to face the interview since I was in touch with the technology but I was not getting the calls due to gap.
