Exalt consulting promised me with a good job interview options in May’18 and made me to pay the registration fees in full, in the beginning with a commitment to refund full amount in 6 months if they can’t find any. They sound really professional in the first instance
After receiving payment, they did not get any options for the 6 months. I checked with them at the end of 6 months.
They had to agree to process the refund as per the agreed clauses in their contract. It has been almost 6 months since they started my refund processing. But till date I did not get even a rupee as the refund
I followed up multiple times. They gave some generic process reason for the refund delay. These days, they just hang up the call once they get to know the caller
In my opinion, it is a waste of time and money to do the job hunt with ECPS(Exalt consulting)
