I got placed through ECPS Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Developer(dot net technologies)
Few days before I went to one of the famous consultancy in Bangalore for the interview(walk in) For the post of senior developer. The receptionist over there who doesn’t even have the qualification of becoming receptionist seen my resume and sent me back saying you have one year gap in career, I was requesting her to give me one chance to present myself front of interviewer but she straight away said our manager asked me to screen the resume and asked me to leave, it was really insulting. Such a big consultancy but employees have no ethics.
Contrary to this people at exalt consulting are so polite and cooperative. After my registration within 7 days they arranged 2 interviews for me and I got selected in both of them. Though it is paid service they are up to their words. Their ethics impressed me and they recognized the potential in me rather than pointing some deficiency in my resume.
