This is what my experience with them has been so far.
Day -1(before subscribing): Sir, we have 2 interviews available for your profile so please make the payment ASAP.
Day 0: I made the payment and sent them the application but had a few questions.
Day 7: I called their service number and complain that no one has made any contact with me yet since I made the payment and they say "sir why are you in a hurry?". On Day -1, they said do it urgently and now post-payment a week has passed and I am supposed to be relaxed. To this, I responded that I am paying for a service and I have all the rights to question. Their response was epic - "This is not a service" and was extremely rude. Obviously, I complained and rated them zero on Google Reviews with the necessary comments.
Day 8: Received a call from someone called Swati and she apologized and requested that I should give them a month’s time and things will flow smoothly and I will have relevant offers. I agreed.
Day 48: I received an email from them with a profile, JD, and interview details. Shockingly, they had scheduled an interview with my current employer.
Day 48: I called Swati and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and finally she answered. When I described my issues and of course was mad at them for risking my existing job, they said I need to be professional. Also said, it is not easy to get a suitable job profile so I need to give them time. To this, I said, its almost 2 months out of the 3-month subscription and the only interview they scheduled for me was with my current employer.
Day 49: I am writing the review.
Is this how these firms cheat candidates now?
