OK, in short - " Don’t waste your time and money with Exalt. This is Exalts’ royal way of looting money from your pocket.
And here is my experience:
Wow!!! great customer service.. until I paid my share of 4500/- from my pocket to their cash box. the moment money reached them, I was asked to leave the premises and wait for the interview calls.
First two weeks passed... and no calls/communication from exalt. I called customer care, they referred me to irrelevant openings which is not even close to my expertise/domain. I was not sure if this is good idea to continue with Exalt.. I asked for refund.. The representative stated I should wait for 3 months to claim Refund.
3 months passed, not even a single lead from Exalt. Now the interesting fact about Exalt. Once you decide to claim refund, You will be disconnected from Exalt.
There exist one special magic number in Exalt which is 08064000451, the calls can’t be transferred to this number or can be reached. It looks like Exalts’ every client is engaged on this number 24/7 for refund claims.... I was lucky after a week try to get hold of a so called "Manager". He politely said - Sir, you need to fill in the reclaim form along with blah blah blah and send it to us by register post only. we don not accept scanned copy.. Great! at least Exalt is loyal to the postal department:)
Now, its almost 3 months and made several calls, every time I get hold of the so called Manager, he claims we dispatched the letter to your postal address a week back... did you get it..? of course my answer is no.. ok then check your email, we are sending you the copy of the letter.. ( which never lands on my mail box ). When I demanded the next time I reached the same so called manager, he claims "ok u will receive it in 10 minutes, u see it for your self about your refund status... " And that 10 minutes never came and I think it will never come as well..
Any ways I am consoling myself that I have given charity to Exalt. But all of u reading this...plz do beware of Exalt and do not give charity to such frauds and do pass this message to friends.
