First of all I would like to thank Mr Raj, the HR person from exalt, my concerned person in this company who helped me to understand what is the reality in HR-referral interviews, and how the candidates as well as the company gets benefited by this kind of opportunity.
About me, I am a senior IT project manager, currently working with cessna aircraft company WICHITA CITATION SERVICE CENTER with (Mid-Continent Airport. One Citation Lane Wichita, Kansas 67209)
Today am not writing this review that Mr Raj placed me in this company but for the thing from him after talking with him.
One day I got a call from Mr Raj from exalt. After speaking with him 2-3 times I went through these reviews.But after speaking to Mr Raj He Has convinced me such a way that I paid him 7303 to his company and I followed all those procedure on 6th June 2014, SOHILKUMAR NAVNITLAL KAPASI(sohilkapasi.nav@gmail.com), I think they remember me, But the day I paid the money, I got a call that I had got selected for cessna, the interview I had given before.And I never asked my refund also Bcoz I believe Mr Raj was the very lucky person for me.
The main thing is that now am following here one new concept in cessna, That is HR Referral interviews, that concept mr raj only explained me and cleared all my doubts those I had.Now I stopped all the direct placement and following the same that ECPS follows according to mr Raj.The main reason am writting this review because I am getting my promotion to the next level now I this 3 months only.So I just want to thank him once.Once I will return to India, sure I will come to Ecps and meet Mr raj with his Team.Thank you so much ECPS, Thanks Mr Raj.
