Nowadays it is difficult to switch to the profile you really like to work for, I was working in Chennai as a software developer but my dream job was always to become the IT business analyst when I finally took the decision of changing the profile I approached Exalt through my friend Sushant’s reference.
I was also was looking for relocation since after graduation I immediately accepted the offer which came and joined at Chennai where weather is not suitable for Maharashtrian people.
After registering in the month of March probably on 14th or 15th I started getting interview calls from them and finally got placed now as an IT business analyst in Pune. I thought I is impossible for me to get the desired job that too at desired location but Exalt Consulting made it possible for me.
