I’ve had exatt for some 8 months now. It’s cheap, and the speed is decent, though obviously much slower than what was promised to you. I have a 128 kbps connection, and get download speeds of just about 10kb/s.
The service however, is just awful. Unbearably bad at times.
God forbid if your net stops working sometime.. their phones are very hard to get through. And the worst is when you get through and that fellow PROMISES he’ll be there at a particular time, and never turns up! When you call up, you get a standard response that the person is on his way. God knows how it takes the person 4-5 hours to travel 1 km (The distance of my house to their Bandra office)
This is not it. After you call them and tell them how unprofessional this sort of behaviour is, they’ll promise again that they’ll come to your place promptly. And you wait and wait and wait, and curse the gods that Exatt is the only ISP to offer service in your area.
