I had taken up an annual connection for Exatt and made the payment upfront. Initial 2 months was awesome, but post that . it seemed like I was in the middle of the desert looking for an oasis
After about 6 months of painful service, these people made up a story that exatt servers had crashed during migration and all their customer info was lost about ehir plans and services. As a compensation they gave me about 3 months of service and then cut me out of my remaining 3 months
I wish there was some act in the court of law to take action against such S- of B-
TRAI should penalize such companies to set up and example for like ones
I am surprised as to how telecom authorities allow such agencies to run services and dont have a grievances cell to hit back at such cheats and thugs .
I would sincerely ask all of you to please not select this service provier and learn from the mistakes made by us who have paid for it
