Excellbroadband is actually run by useless irresponsible people looting money from clients.
We have unfortunately been using their connection since last 2 years and their service is deteriorating hopelessly. from last 3 weeks, our net connection is not working and they are giving me some lame answers like today it will be done, by evening it will be done, by tomorrow it will be done and so on. I have been extremely polite with them and understand the problems of lockdown but 3 weeks is not acceptable. Every time I call them they say they will rectify the connection but just ignore my pleas. We have to work from home and my kids have online classes. I have requested so many times that its difficult to manage. I have even emailed them but still no response. I think such service is not seen anywhere in India. I request all of you to never ever install Excellbroadband. It will only give you nightmares.
