Very poor services, network gets disconnected more than 10-12 hours . They also dont give wavier for inconvenience, There is a condition, after complain they take 24 hours to start service, if after 24 hours not started then you will get wavier, indirectly it is more than 24 hours of diconnection snd no wavier . Example: my wifi disconect at night @ 9 pmi called customer care https://m.mouthshut.com/8 rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@8 am in morning, means 11 hours disconnection, after complain excitel take 24 hours to solve issue total max hours 24+11=35 hours, no wavier for that, thay document only after complain hours only for wavier . Feeling very bad for the services .
