No other company can have worse service than Excitel, if you want to waste your money then get Excitels broadband installed.After making the connection, they are not concerned about any complaint.
I had installed Excitel broadband, and I had also given 9 months payment in advance. After 3 months I started having internet problems so I complained.But there was no response to the complaint and I kept complaining to them every week for 6 months.
When the problem was not resolved, I got my connection disconnected on June 23. Since June I have been emailing and calling excitel customer care people to refund my security. Customer care people always give the same answer that you will be refunded soon but still till October the refund has not been done.
Even after 4 months of disconnecting the connection, they have not given me the security refund.
