Extremely poor after sales services from Excitel their local channel partner at janakpuri new delhi is know for its poor and anti customer attitude they came with a rude and ill mannerd people who misbehave with customer and even has no manners to speak with I had a very bitter experience with them and excitel itself doesn’t take any initiative in resolving customers issues despite several requests and communications no one heeds, so beware.
