Worst Customer Service

First of all they took 3/4 days for connection. In a single attempt they are not able to inset your connection. Calling again and again and then they will do the setup. Internet speed comes what they said for starting 10/15 days and after that it becomes low. Connection Reliability is very poor.


Every other day you will see your connection is timed out and when you call they will say there is some problem in pole. At last it will sort out but again after 4/5 days it went the same again. Then at that point we think in 30 days of period we get our internet for 15 days only and we pay them the whole monthly charge. Service & support is very very poor.


They don’t pick up the phone at once when the connection got failed. You have to call again and again and after that they switch off their phones. They don’t tell the person exact time they will take for an issue and customer feel cheated. Don’t go for speed. How will you get speed when your connection get failed every other day.
